This is the best car dealership I've ever worked with, and that's no exaggeration. Evan and Jessica in particular were so great, I can't thank them enough for being patient since I had a pretty unique car buying situation, having moved back to MA recently, needing a new car, and having to figure things out with the RMV and insurance. They were so accommodating, helpful, and communicative through the car buying process, and not in an overbearing "trying to sell you" kind of way, but rather in a straightforward and human manner while maintaining professionalism. You don't usually get this from dealerships at all, and smaller dealerships can sometimes be hit or miss, but while dealing with them I realized why they are well reviewed. It helped that I pretty much new exactly what I wanted, but I can't stress enough how great they handled my experience. Thanks so much guys!!! I definitely recommend if looking for a used car

Can’t say much more about Evan and the team over at Buckely. After months of searching and trying and giving up at multiple other dealerships Evan walked me and my wife through the entire process start to finish this man treated me like what I felt would’ve been the same treatment given to a family member. Constant calls to the bank and making sure that my deal went through and even though at one point it looked like we were dead in the water he was able to pull it back together it’s his persistence as an advocate that we are able to have our vehicle. I can’t thank you enough would 100% recommended this place to anyone and challenge any dealership to give me the same amount of attention to detail as these guys. Bravo! Thanks again

We just bought a 2018 Jeep Sahara from Evan and Jessica. The process was easy. They were professional and kind to deal with. We had an issue and they took care of it immediately! Gene started my process by showing me my now car, a Jeep Liberty. Made it very easy and was trusting of my mom and I to test drive it. I decided to go ahead and start the process of purchasing the car. Gene was very open and honest about price and different routes that could be taken to finance the vehicle.Evan is who I spoke to more when it came to financing through them and he made the process super easy, even when it came to going to register the car and get it inspected. He had everything ready to go for me to go get it registered, even called my insurance company with me. As for inspection, he suggested a place and when I came back they fixed the one thing that they suggested should be done without any hesitation.The communication is prompt and easy with them and never once did they make me feel uncomfortable or inadequate if I had any questions about anything.Great guys, thank you!
